LOGIXtech was founded in January of 2001 by Nivedita Das Gupta and Ayan Bhaduri and is now a subsidiary of a publicly-held corporation listed on the NASDAQ since 1968.

Our corporate headquarters is located in Edison, New Jersey, our Data center in Hauppauge - Long Island, with offices in New York City and Philadelphia. We employ over 450 consultants.

We are a preferred vendor to a majority of the largest consumers of IT services in both the Commercial and Government sectors.

• L-3/Titan - a leading provider of comprehensive information and communications products, solutions and services in National Security.

• Computer Sciences Corporation - the world's third-largest provider of IT services, to provide expert systems-based software and renovation services in addition to staffing and consulting.

• Forest Laboratories - a healthcare division based in Jersey City, New Jersey.

In 2005 -

• LOGIXtech became a prime vendor to Dimension Data - a specialist IT Infrastructures services and solution provider.

• LOGIXtech became a staffing partner to CCPace - a technology services consulting firm and one of the leaders in the mortgage industry.

• LOGIXtech successfully opened our India office to provide increased value to our clients in support of our onshore recruitment.

• LOGIXtech became a staffing partner to Business Objects - the world's leading Business Intelligence software company with over $1 billion in revenues during 2005.

• LOGIXtech became a primary vendor to leading corporations such as Comcast, Unisys, CGI-AMS and Contico .

In 2003 - LOGIXtech became a staffing partner to Schenker USA - a leading international provider of integrated logistics services.

In 2002 - LOGIXtech merged with a publicly-held corporation.

In 2001 - LOGIXtech signed its first client - Jevic Transportation, a transportation company providing interregional and regional transportation of general freight.
